MFT & Friends * July Release

Hi there and welcome to the My Favorite Things July Release inspiration day! The waiting is over and the new goodies are available NOW!

Todays card features the newest set by Stacey Yacula. This adorable buch of critters are ready to pawty with you ;-)

I started with the background using the Window Panes Stencil and tree Distress Oxide inks. I started with the turquoise at the bottom, mixed it with a light green in the middle and added yellow on top. That was super quick and simple to do.

Next, I stamped, colored and die cut my cute images. I used Faber Castell Watercolor Markers, watercolor paper and Versafine Onxy black ink. I used the same colors I used for the background and two neutrals (gray and light brown). After the coloring was done, I used the coordinating dies to cut the images out and added them to my panel using foam tape.

I stamped the greeting and some confetti directly on my panel and colored the confetti with my markers. To add a bit of bling, I added some clear sparkly sequins and my card was done.

Check out the MFT Blog for loads of inspiration! The Design Team and our talented MFT Friends made the most amazing cards!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have an awesome day,
Nicole
