The first card features the newest Birdie Brown set called Birthday Buds. It goes so well with the All About You sentiments.
For this card, I went for the no-line coloring technique. I stamped the elephant in light gray ink and colored him with alcohol markers. To give my image more interest, I added shadows and details with colored pencils. Some white gel pen dots on the hat are a fun little element too.
A stitched border around the panel adds a little something-something without distracting from the focal point. I love stitched details like that a lot. Next, I stamped the you word in light gray ink and added the rest of the sentiment on top with black ink. I added some shadows with colored pencils for the elephant to sit on and my card was done.
