How about some pie? We have super fun new stamps and dies coming up to create projects for all the sweetie pies in your life. I went for a vintage look on todays card.
First, I did some watercoloring on some watercolor paper. I used a pencil and the dies to quickly measure and mark the spaces I needed to do some die cutting afterwards. Next, I simply painted some turquoise, red and light brown pieces and let them dry. I sprinkled some brown watercolor onto the light brown piece.
After everything was dry, I did some die cutting. I cut the cake, the hearts and the words from the watercolor I just colored. I also die cut a stitched rectangle and an oval for my frame. I glued the frame on a cream piece of paper and stamped some hearts in every corner using Versamark Watermark Ink. Then, I glued all the die cut pieces in place and adhered the top of the cake with foam tape. I really love this beautiful font, it has such a cool look.
