You can use the Bear Hug Bunch stamp set for so many occasions and I love that. For todays card, I used it to make a christmas card that could also work as a winter/December birthday card.
I started by stamping, coloring and die cutting the moose and the trees. I used alcohol markers for my coloring and added a bit of colored pencils to make the shadows on the moose even darker.
Next, I stamped the fun Crosshatch Polka Dot Background in grout gray ink (a warm light gray) on a white piece of paper that is alcohol marker friendly. Then, I die cut a green piece of card stock with a stitched rectangle die and glued the dotted background on this green panel.
For the sentiment, I went for white heat embossing on blue card stock and then die cut it to a banner shape. I adhered the sentiment strip as well as the moose to my background using foam tape. Then, I glued down the trees. I felt like it needed a little something, so I stamped some stars directly on my background and colored them with alcohol markers. To finish up the card, I glued it to a white card base.
