Do you love making shaker cards? I enjoy them a lot and with MFTs shaker pouches and coordinating dies it is such a fun and easy thing to do. I feel like snow globes are especially fun with a shaker element.
I started by stamping and coloring my little snowman with colored pencils. I die cut him out with the coordinating dies and also die cut the snowy hills and the trees. Next, I die cut the snow globe from kraft card stock.
I did some ink blending for my background and glued the two snowy hills together. By laying my kraft snow globe panel on top of the background, I could figure out where to adhere the snowy hills and the trees. I glued the snow globe shaker pouch into the shape of my kraft card stock, put some clear crystals on my background and glued the kraft panel with the pouch on top.
To finish up my card, I heat embossed the sentiment on gray card stock and cut it out with the snow globe base die. I added it to my card with foam tape and glued the little snowman on top of the shaker pouch.
