Holiday Cheer * MFT Sketch Challenge 459

Hello and welcome
to a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge inspiration.

I totally fell in love with the Merry Moments stamp set. The polar bear sitting next to santa is my favorite. I love getting inspired by a sketch and use favorites to create a card.

I stamped my images, colored them with colored pencils and cut them out using the coordinating dies. Next, I die cut a stitched rectangle from light blue card stock and two fishtail banners from a turquoise one. One fishtail banner was not long enough to fit the sketch right, so I cut them and glued together, so that they created a longer one. You can't see the line where they are glued together because it's hidden behind the image and the long white sentiment strip.

Then, I did some heat embossing for the snow using white embossing powder and a clear sticky ink. I adhered the banner and the images to my background using foam tape. Next, I stamped my greeting on a piece of white card stock, die cut it with a skinny banner die and added it to my project with foam tape.

Join the fun and meet us at the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge for more information about how you can play along.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a colorful day,
Nicole
