Sugar Pea Designs June Release Day

Yay! It's release day at Sugar Pea Designs!

Check out this cutie that we are featuring today. Isn't he fun and sweet?!

I stamped my penguin from the Cool Treats set on some watercolor paper and colored him with watercolors. I love to use tiny watercolor splatters for the sand. Make sure you mask everything else off while doing this, so you don't get the brown splatters everywhere. 

I also used some white paint to add a bit of texture to the ocean. The dots on the swimming ring are made with a white gel pen, I couldn't do this with a brush. To add just a tiny bit of fun, I stamped three stars from the King of the Grill sentiments. My sentiment is also from Cool Treats and is stamped with Distress Oxide ink.
