happy you day * MFT Sketch Challenge 441

and welcome to a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge inspiration. The fun sketch reminded me of the polaroid die and so I made a happy little hamster photo card.

I stamped my image with Antique Linen Distress Ink and colored it using watercolors. I die cut two polaroid frames from light blue and green card stock and also three hearts from some light pink paper. I wanted my background to be white but with a bit of texture, so I dry embossed some paper using my die cutting machine and a stencil. You just need the right "sandwich" including an embossing mat to do this. Now, I just had to assemble the card and add a white heat embossed sentiment. I felt like something was missing and a bit of twine did the job.

Join the fun and meet us at the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge for more information about how you can play along.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a colorful day,

Supplies: Tea Party Die-Namics (hearts)
