Create A Smile * Coffee Collection Kit

Hello and welcome
... to a cup of coffee and some crafty stuff 😊

Create A Smile had some awesome Kits in the past and now they have a NEW one! Yay! It's one for all the coffee lovers out there and everyone who knows coffee lovers too. It's not only for cardmakers, it's also super fun for scrapbookers!

It comes in English and German like many other products by CaS! I have a pictures of the whole kit at the end of this blog post.

Do you like a soft pastel rainbow? My first card features one of the stamps from the super cute stamp set. I colored it with watercolors and added interest to the background with a stencil (The stencil is also be available but is not included in the kit). For my sentiment, I used one of the many ephemeras that are included in the kit.

I'm totally into watercoloring at the moment and the pretty color scheme of the kit inspired me a lot to make this card. I was looking for a tutorial on how to paint a coffee cup and found a YouTube video by Anna Koliadych. I love her tutorials and followed hers step by step to make this card. You can find Anna on YouTube and Instagram @DearAnnArt. Her work is amazing!
I used an ephemera from the set for my sentiment as well as two hearts for a bit of decoration.

My third card is full of ephemeras and some enamel stickers. I did an ink smooshed background and then created the look of a coffee stain on top of that. I smeared some watercolor on my palette and dipped the bottom of a texture paste container in it. I lifted it up and carefully put it on my paper. I let it sit for a while and carefully removed the container that left this fake coffee stain. :-)

Check out the German version on the Create A Smile shop page.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day,
