We have a new Color Challenge at the MFT blog for you. Check out this super fresh and fun mix of colors!
The recently released flower silhouette card kid was still on my table, so I picked the matching colors from my collection of mini dye ink pads, an oval die and a pencil. I used the oval die and the pencil to draw a guide on my paper so I would know where to place my flowers.
I started stamping and focused on a well balanced "frame". I tried to keep the mix of the colors and the different flower shapes interesting. It's good to plan ahead a bit (at least for the last third of the card) to make sure, you can't see where you started/finished.
I wanted the sentiment to pop, so I went for a bold black ink. For a finishing touch, I added some clear sparkly sequins.
I hope you got inspired. Join the fun over at the MFT blog and check out how the other DT members used these colors!
Thanks a lot for stopping by!
Have an awesome day,
