smile * MFT Color Challenge 115

Hello and welcome to a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things.

Let's get inspired by some soft colors with a hint of darker blue.

For this one-layer card, I used my Dye Ink Cubes and a beautiful flower set called "Bold Blooms". I took an oval die and taped it to my paper as a guide. First, I stamped the large flowers starting around the oval guide. Then, I added the middle parts with the peach color and filled up tiny paced between the large flowers using the small flower stamp and a darker blue ink.

After doing this, I removed my oval die (that worked as a guide). I took my last color, the light gray, and a delicate branch with three pretty leaves to fill all the spaces between the flowers. There was no need to mask anything off, because the light ink did not cover the flowers. It just added the right amount of interest. To finish up my card, I stamped my sentiment in the center, using two of the four colors.

You do not have to use the exact colors from this palette. It's totally ok if they are similar. The palette is for your inspiration.
