Harvest Hedgehog * Distress Ink Background

I love fall and I love making fall cards :-) This first one is inspired by the current MFT Sketch Challenge.

This is one of my favorite ways to make a background and that's how it works: stamp some trees with Distress Inks and spray them with a water mister. I feel that I get better results, if I let it air dry but I also used my heating tool to make sure it's completely dry. For the hedgehog card, I stamped some trees over the dry background to create some depth.

Join the fun and play along over at the MFT Challenge Blog :-)

I made another card using the same technique. This time I used other colors and did not stamp over the spritzed and dried background again.
