Spellbinders surprise products

Hello crafty people :-)

Todays post is a special one to me. I got asked by Yana Smakula and Spellbinders if I would like to receive two surprise Spellbinders products to play with. I felt very honored and of course I said yes 😀 So here I am, sharing the cards I made with the dies I got.

first friends - by Spellbinder

These good quality dies are from the newest Spellbinders release and part of the Little Loves collection by Sharyn Sowell. There are more cute scenes with children playing and outdoors.

I love that this die with the three kids can be used for many occasions like birthdays, birth, invitations or just for saying hello. The size of the die is just perfect. You can easily use it on a horizontal or vertical card. You could also cut one child off and make a card with just two of them...

This second die was a bit more tricky. It's quite large and fills up the entire card. But you know I love a good crafty challenge and I played around until I had a card I liked. Coloring the chair with Distress Inks really makes the kid the focal point. As the die is so large, I added just a small sentiment and some sequins. I love that turquoise-white-craftpaper combo a lot.

After making this card, I saw Yana's creation with this die. Funny how similar they are and yet still different. Check out her card here.

And I made a second card using some Washi Tape, patterned paper, twine and Distress Ink on some pink cardstock.

💙 Yes, I got these dies for free and they asked me to create a project but they did not say I have to make more than one project. I share this, because making cards is fun and I really loved the challenge using these surprise products.

Thank you so much Yana and Spellbinders for asking me!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a colorful day 😊

  1. Liebe Nicole,
    Katrin
