happily ever after

I totally fell in love with the wonderful stamp set "knight in shining armor" by MFT. The lovely sentiments are just perfect for cards for my hubby or my boys! My three year old son likes them too, so we soon are going to have some crafty time together. :-)

I created a quick and easy background with Distress Oxides and kept the card clean and simple by leaving a lot of white space. I did not use any embelishements but I added some interest with a glitter pen, gel pens and a stitched line in the background.

I colored the cute knight and his castle with Spectrum Noir markers and fussy cut them and the clouds. I tried to create a scene with some depth but still using minimal dimension (just a little foam tape).
